ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A Fitzgerald man was convicted of dealing cocaine and crack cocaine at the Albany Federal Courthouse after a two-day trial.

Patrick Burnham, 42, of Fitzgerald, was found guilty of two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of crack with intent to distribute.

Burnham was arrested in Ben Hill County in July, charged with having 28 grams of cocaine and a gun.

Burnham was a convicted felon.

He will be sentenced at a later date.
