THOMAS CO., GA (WALB) - A Thomas County father is out of jail on bond after deputies said he stabbed his son twice over $20.
Investigators said the attack happened Saturday afternoon at their home in Coolidge.
The father, Willie Linton, was charged with aggravated assault.
"There has been a history of the father and son getting into altercations. As a matter of fact, the father had spoken to the sheriff previously about the son, he actually tried to get his son to move out of his residence," said Investigator Lieutenant Tim Watkins.
The father was released on bond and the son's injuries are believed to be superficial. He was treated and released on Saturday.
