ALBANY, GA (WALB) - It comes as no surprise that both of Albany State's track members who attended Nationals this past weekend, were named All-American.

But what may be shocking, is that Joshua Ajiero broke the school record three times this season.

Albany State's Cervantes Jackson and Joshua Ajiero both made the All-American list this past weekend.

Cervantes Jackson took fifth in the High Jump and eleventh in the long jump.

But Joshua took home third in the 800 Meter, might I add this was his first appearance at Nationals, and broke the school record at Nationals.

Twice.

A school record he set a month ago in Jacksonville when he broke Trodrick Wilson's record, which was set back in 1994.

"Yeah that's the goal you know, before I get out of here." said 800M All-American, Joshua Ajiero. "Put my record in stone so it can be here for a long time too."
