EARLY CO., GA (WALB) -

Early County Fire Officials says they're prepared to respond to fallen trees in their area.

Saturation and projected high winds have officials concerned about trees uprooting.

They say they have chainsaws ready and fire vehicles loaded up in anticipation of damage reports.

Officials also say they will keep a close eye on roadways, highways, and public property throughout the next few days.

"It would be more roadway closures than anything that we'll be focused on, private property or something like that, we really can't get into that but for roadways closures...chainsaws and pretty much a push broom," says Sgt. Stuart Spence, Blakely Fire Department.

If you see any fallen trees or major road debris, report it.
