BAINBRIDGE, GA (WALB) -

Steady rain has been falling in Decatur County, as well as the rest of Georgia, that could lead to potential flooding.

But some residents aren't worried about Alberto.

Joe Livingston of Bainbridge was seen walking his dog, Peach, in shorts.

Livingston has lived in Bainbridge all his life and says he has witnessed storms way worst than what's being expected.

He has also made no preparations for the storm ahead.

"This is just a major yawn. Hey--let's just get out because it isn't that big of a deal," says Joe Livingston.

He will, however, be tuned in to WALB to monitor possible changes that may occur.

For other community members who would like to prepare, make sure you're stocked up on items like batteries, flashlights, water and watch water levels around your area so that you can evacuate if flooding does arise.
