ALBANY, GA (WALB) - It's finally the end for Dougherty County School students.
Friday, May 18, is their last day of the 2017-2018 school year marking the end of another year.
And those class of 2018 grads will begin a new chapter in their lives Saturday at the Albany Civic Center downtown.
Saturday's graduations begin at 9 a.m. with Monroe High School.
Dougherty High seniors will graduate at noon.
And at 3 p.m. the class of 2018 graduates of Westover High will walk across the stage to become alumni.
All questions about graduation can be directed to your student's school.
Terrell County and Baker County students also have their last day on Friday.
Tift County Schools are already on summer break.
Those students had their last day of school Thursday, May 17.
Lee County Schools will finish up on Wednesday, May 23.
Worth County Schools will have their last day next Friday, May 25.
