AMERICUS, GA (WALB) - The Americus Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors is looking at potential changes in leadership following a decline in community involvement and donations.
Organization officials said at the start of the month they're struggling to keep the doors open.
Now board members said they need to find new ways to revamp programs and increase recruitment.
The campaign that started this year has raised $5,000 so far.
Officials said they need more money to continue the club's nearly two decades of community service work.
That campaign will run through the end of the year.
