ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Dozens of South Georgians gathered at Pretoria Fields Brewery for a good cause Friday night.
The 1st Annual Spring Night in the Garden kicked off at 4 p.m. at Pretoria Fields with live music, food vendors and so much more.
There was a silent auction featuring a private quail hunt, YETI coolers and a $1,000 landscaping gift certificate.
People were able to enjoy a cold drink and celebrate all while learning a little bit more about what Albany ARC does.
The Albany Advocacy Resource Center is dedicated to serving and supporting those with disabilities and making them feel included in the community.
"All of our work is all about our individuals being a part of the community and not being served in a separate entity," said Albany ARC Director of Communications Erin Freeman.
All proceeds from the event, including $1 for every pint sold will go toward The Albany ARC to fulfill its mission to provide life-changing opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
