ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The trial of an Albany man who was indicted for multiple sex crimes against teenage girls, concluded Friday morning in Dougherty Superior Court.
Rodger Bowen, was 57 when he was indicted on 23 counts of having sex with at least three underage girls, but the jury found in his favor, and he was acquitted on all charges.
Alcohol and marijuana charges against Bowen were dropped earlier this week in court.

Bowen was free on a $75,000 bond, and had he been convicted, could have faced life in prison.
