ALBANY, GA (WALB) - What better way to start your day than with many people cheering you on and celebrating your accomplishments?
Students from Westover High School who took a trip back to their childhood.
Twelve soon-to-be graduates walked through their elementary school at Lake Park.
The younger students held congratulatory signs, clapped and cheered, while the seniors took their victory lap.
One student remembers the day when he was in elementary school, high-fiving seniors, and now the roles are flipped.
"To be the one walking down the hallway, seeing the kids look at us, seeing the kids giving us high fives, to see the kids holding up signs, it just means the world," said Gyasi Revills, a Westover High School Class of 2018 graduate.
Now Revills will attend Kennesaw State, to play football.
He hopes to inspire students to continue learning and growing, so they can one day motivate others to graduate.
