ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Dougherty County Commissioners learned about the re-advertisement of the County Administrator position.

Human Resources Director Dominique Hall led a brief discussion with the commissioners to learn more about how they want to tackle the process.

Hall will provide a list of resources and their capabilities at the next work session in two weeks.

Monday's discussion comes after a majority of Commissioners voted to re-open the applicant pool a few weeks ago.

Mike McCoy, who has a lawsuit pending against the county, has been serving as the Interim County Administrator.
