DOUGHERTY CO., GA (WALB) - Dougherty County District Attorney Greg Edwards filed incitements in two cases Thursday that garnered a lot of interest across South Georgia.

The first is for a Brandon Kentrel Harris.

Albany Police charged the former Dougherty County music teacher for beating Walter Boone Jr. to death.

Investigators found Boone's body in a wooded area behind the Hav-Mor Food Mart in January.

They later released surveillance video that they say shows Harris dumping Boone's body and throwing away evidence.

Harris faces three indictments: aggravated assault, aggravated battery and felony murder.

The second case is for Dexter Seigler.

He faces 14 indictments after leading Albany Police on a high-speed chase.

Ten of those charges are for aggravated assault against police officers.

According to prosecutors, Seigler shot at officers who responded to emergency calls for a burglary.
