TERRELL CO., GA (WALB) - The Tyson Chicken plant in Dawson recently prompted school closures and evacuations.

Worth Sparkman, Tyson Chicken Spokesman, says they are still assessing the damage and working with investigators to find the cause.

Full-time employees will be paid for a full week of work for three weeks.

Team members may be asked to help with clean-up and other projects, but regardless of hours worked, all full-time active employees will be paid for 40 hours.

They have yet to find out what started the fire.
