Atlanta -  The husband of an Albany woman who was killed during the 1996 bombing of Centennial Olympic Park was among those on hand in court in Atlanta today for the sentencing of Eric Rudolph.

John Hawthorne says today would have been his 18th wedding anniversary with his wife, Alice. He says after today he will no longer give interviews about the bombing.

Alice Hawthorne's daughter, Fallon Stubbs, was with her mother in the downtown Atlanta park the night she was killed. Stubbs says she has forgiven Rudolph.

The bombing at downtown Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park killed one and injured 111. Blasts in 1997 at an abortion clinic and gay nightclub in north Atlanta wounded eleven people.

All the victims were invited to attend Rudolph's sentencing, but a lawyer for several dozen of them said many do not feel the need to be there.

Rudolph is being sentenced to life in prison without parole for the three Atlanta blasts. The 38-year-old received the same sentence last month for the 1998 bombing of a Birmingham, Alabama, women's clinic that killed a police officer and maimed a nurse.
