ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

With more students comes more economic growth for businesses near Albany State's campuses.

Gordon Hall is the owner of Shabazz Fish Supreme right by ASU East campus.

Hall said when school is back in session he sees a major increase in sales.

Now that ASU and Darton have merged he thinks profits for his restaurant could increase even more.

He said over the summer there is a drop in sales, but now he is hopeful more customers will be coming in to eat.

"That's what all businesses look for, is an increase in sales. And that's one of the things we do strive for each day, to have an increase in our numbers from one year to the next," said Hall.

Hall said he is ready for the Rams to be back in session and feed some hungry students.
