Some Colquitt Co. residents without power for most of Tuesday

COLQUITT CO., GA (WALB) -

More than 1,500 residents in Colquitt County are without power.

A business owner in Moultrie said it has been an issue since 8:45 Tuesday morning.

The Georgia Power outage map shows three separate outages.

The outage information reads "We are experiencing problems with our electrical system. We apologize for any inconvenience and we are working to restore power. We will provide updates as details become available."

The estimated return to service is 8 p.m.
