ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany hairstylist wants to make sure students look their best when they step through the doors on the first day of school.

Joy Robinson, owner of Nos'Ni-Bor Salon, is giving away free hairstyles to students and teachers in Dougherty County on Sunday and Monday. It will be first come, first serve.

Dougherty County students, teachers and staff can choose from any style which will include a shampoo and deep conditioning. Only professional products will be used.

Robinson said she's preparing to be very busy those days, but feels it will be well worth it.

"I'm just hoping that I can make someone smile. And I know that I can definitely make them beautiful. So I'm just hoping that I can make someone smile and have a great year," she said.

The free hairstyles will be offered on Sunday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Nos'Ni-Bor Salon at 1913 Palmyra Road.
