Kids in Albany got the chance to experience yoga alongside zoo animals.
The Albany Yoga Project hosted "Zooga" at Chehaw Saturday morning.
Twenty-two kids attended, and every student got to create a pose and lead their friends in that pose.
Albany Yoga Project creator Sylvia Maxwell said the children started the day by listening to the sounds the animals made and creating poses from those sounds.
"Can't wait to bring more here to the zoo, to create awareness and it's fun to teach the kids class from an animal perspective," said Maxwell.
This was the first time the Albany Yoga Project hosted Zooga.
