Reggie Perry verbally committed to Mississippi State University Monday.
The 6-foot-9 forward from Thomasville was previously committed to Arkansas, before re-opening his recruitment two weeks ago.
Perry picked the Bulldogs over the University of Miami and Florida State University among other schools.
"All of the universities had great coaches and talent," said Perry. "But I just felt like Mississippi State was the best for me."
Timing was important for the rising senior.
He told WALB he wanted to relieve some pressure off himself and focus on playing the sport he loves.
