ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A woman was taken into custody on Wednesday after being caught by police standing naked in front of the Human Services Building in downtown Albany.
It happened just after noon on West Oglethorpe Boulevard.
According to the police report, the woman's clothes were on the ground beside her.
Police asked the woman, Nzinga Williams, why she was naked, and she told the officer that "I had too."
Williams put her clothes back on but refused to visit Aspire for observation to avoid charges.
Williams was booked for public indecency.
