16 facing charges after multi-agency drug bust

COLQUITT CO., GA (WALB) -

16 people are behind bars after a drug raid in Colquitt County that shut down what drug agents describe as a large meth distribution ring in South Georgia.

Federal, state, and local drug agents made the arrests early yesterday morning.

33 people have been indicted as a part of this investigation.

The Majority of those people are facing drug trafficking charges.

This investigation is still ongoing.
