Thomasville man arrested for aggravated assault and burglary

THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

A Thomasville man is behind bars in connection to multiple aggravated assault cases and burglaries in the past month.

Willie Stanley is accused of assaulting a woman more than 3 times this month and stealing her belongings.

He was arrested Friday afternoon.

Reports state that the woman has been attacked to the point where she is unconscious.

"He is a threat to her, he is also a flight risk every time he sees law enforcement and we try to make contact with him, he will take off and run," said Capt. Maurice Holmes.

Thomasville PD said Stanley is facing multiple charges.

    June 19 Ryshun Jackson plead guilty to armed robbery, 2 counts aggravated assault, possession of firearm during a felony, possession gun by minor, and cruelty to a child. Prosecutors say he robbed the Flash Foods on Liberty Expressway on July 27 2015 when he was 15 years old.     Antwoine Maurice Miller, 29, was booked into the Coffee County Jail, charged with one count of battery against a pregnant female, and one count of third degree cruelty to children.
