DOUGLAS, GA (WALB) - Coffee County deputies arrested a man who was wanted for wrecking the home of his live-in girlfriend earlier this month.
They found Justin Kane Vining and took him to jail Wednesday morning. He faces additional felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from a 2012 incident.
The 24-year-old victim said the 21-year-old Vining, became irate during a verbal altercation between the two, shattered a mirror, slung wax throughout the home, and kicked in the front door, on April 11. Vining left afterward, and could not be found.
He was booked on one charge of criminal trespass in relation to that incident.
He still faces additional charges of terroristic threats and criminal trespass, stemming from a 2012 incident that occurred in the City of Douglas.
