Boy, 6, subject of AMBER Alert from Canton Police found safe

CANTON, GA (CBS46) -

Canton Police have canceled an AMBER Alert for a 6-year-old boy abducted from his home by his father.

The child and father were located by Canton Officers returning to the Canterbury Ridge Apartments at approximately 9:35 pm.

Nathan Benito Zeller, 40, did not have legal custody of his son, Nathan A. Zeller. Authorities said Nathan was taken from his home at the Canterbury Ridge Apartments on Canterbury Ridge Parkway in Canton around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Levi's cal issued 

Nathan Zeller is described as a 3-foot-5-inch tall white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, weighing 50 pounds. 

They were last seen driving a Black Kia Optima GA RCH5769. They may be traveling to Alpharetta, GA or Boaz, AL.
