A man and a woman were arrested in Coffee County on drug charges, all because of they did not stay in their lane of traffic.
Douglas-Coffee County drug agents charged them with trafficking cocaine last Friday, after discovering 31 grams of cocaine packaged for sale.
The drug unit initiated the stop on the rented 2012 Chevrolet Malibu for failure to maintain lane.
Following a brief investigation, the two people in the car, 64-year-old Birnice Davis of Tifton, and 27-year-old Adrianna Ewings of Albany, were arrested and taken to the Coffee County Jail.
Both have been charged with trafficking cocaine.
