TIFTON, GA (WALB) -

Bikers in South Georgia are carbing up for one of the biggest rides in the area.

The Tift area YMCA is hosting it eighth annual 'Tour de Tifton' Saturday.

The bike race has five different courses.

You can choose to ride anywhere from 11 to 100 miles.

The course will take riders through the country-side.

There are already 150 pre-registered riders.

The Tift area YMCA CEO said it's one of his favorite events all year.

"It's just a sense of just being able to finish the event and coming together as a group. This is a team group. Although you are individually on a bike, everybody is supporting each other," said Tift Area YMCA CEO Darian Peavy.

If you want to ride, it's not too late to sign up.

You can register starting at 7 in the morning at the start.

It's at 1823 Westover Road in Tifton.

The races will start at 8.
