ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany church  turned their annual Spring revival into one that provides relief from January storms.

Over the next four days, the Union Missionary Baptist Church will offer emotional and spiritual healing to storm victims.

There are several pastors from the state who are ministering the services.

Other churches in the community are participating to form a mass choir.

And they've also invited relief agencies to provide resources and answer storm victims' questions.

Organizers said about 40 families in the church were impacted by the storms.

"A lot of people are questioning God, you know why this happened, since you're so kind and so loving why did you allow this to happen. But we want them to know that God has not left them, and he's still with them even in the midst of the storm," said Pastor John Severson.

The Union Missionary Baptist Church storm relief revival will be going on until Friday, and starts at 7 p.m. every night.

They'll be holding a community dinner on Thursday night.
