ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A comedy superstar will perform in Albany this weekend, and it's all to help the storm victims.
There were only about 40 tickets left for Jeff Foxworthy comedy show.
Foxworthy had friends that were impacted by January's storms, and he wanted to do something to uplift the community.
There will be an outside bar, a food truck and live bands at the show.
There will also be a VIP meet and greet with Foxworthy for folks who bought tickets prior to the show.
"We get to show Mr. Foxworthy and all of his crew the very, very best of Albany. To one, he's putting everything aside to come and give back in our community and he's just been hugely focused on the fact that all the proceeds go directly to storm victims," said organizer Amy Rolfe.
The proceeds from Jeff Foxworthy show will go to Mission Change who will help storm victims.
Doors open at 5 p.m. on Sunday at Albany Municipal Auditorium.
Tickets range from $45, $75 and $100. For more information, click here.
