Police are investigating after someone stole nearly $500 worth of cigarettes from an Albany store.
Police said someone broke into the Rite Aid on Sylvester Road around 4:30 Monday morning.
The suspect used a brick to smash the store's glass door and crawled in.
Within two minutes, police said the burglar took about twenty cartons of cigarettes.
Police said the suspect was seen wearing green sweatpants, a green hoodie, and black Nike shows with red shoe strings.
