ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The American Gaming Associations anticipates more than $10 billion to be wagered on the 2017 NCAA basketball tournament.

March Madness begins tomorrow, and it's not too late to fill out a bracket and join the fun.

40 million people are expected to fill out brackets this year, predicting the results from the first round to the national championship.

There are several techniques to picking winners, college basketball junkie Chris Jones uses empirical data.

"Are there any key injuries, you look at the strength of the coaching candidates," said Jones. "You also just look at how teams finished out the season. Some teams finished really hot and left the end of the season on a winning streak. It's all about getting hot at the right time."

With that logic Jones is picking the Duke Blue Devils.

The NCAA play-in games start Tuesday.
