Search for fugitive ends, wanted man arrested in Wilcox Co.

WILCOX CO., GA (WALB) -

Wilcox County Sheriff's Office investigators confirmed Saturday afternoon that they have arrested Toby Boyd.

Boyd had been wanted on several burglary charges in both Wilcox County and Ben Hill County. Boyd was also a wanted fugitive out of South Carolina.

WCSO had been conducting an extensive search for the man over the past week and a half.

Boyd was arrested at an abandoned house on Sibbie Road in Wilcox County south of Abbeville.
