VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

Some new animals joined the Wild Adventures family.

Employees got to spend time with the two baby marmosets Wednesday morning.

A marmoset is a tiny monkey – sometimes called finger monkey.

The two are only a few weeks old but Wild Adventures employees hope they will attract folks to the opening of the park this weekend.

"They are cute, cuddly, personable, and were hoping maybe we will have more interactions with the guest and monkeys together for the meet and greet," said Lisa Henderson, Zookeeper.

The park opens on Saturday at 10 a.m.
