What should the priorities be?  On March 7, at 10 a.m., in the National Press Club's Bloomberg Room, three top city planners-from Washington, New York City, and Philadelphia -- will tell a National Press Club Newsmaker news conference what assistance from the administration and Congress is most needed.  Additionally, these experts will discuss the grade or assessment they would give the country's infrastructure and the help that they currently receive.
