CORDELE, GA (WALB) -

A Cordele business went down in flames early Saturday morning.

Cordele Fire Department responded to a fire at A & D Tires & Accessories.

Firefighters were called to the business on the 200 block of 6th Avenue at about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday.

According to officials, the fire may have been caused electrically.

The blaze burned fire optic cables and power lines near the building, causing the 9-1-1 call system to require rerouting.

It took about three hours for firefighters to extinguish the blaze.

No injuries were reported.

The business is at a total loss.

The fire marshal was called to investigate further and determine an actual cause of the blaze.
