ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Dougherty County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested another Albany used car dealer, in their crackdown on "no title sales."

Setrious Barney, 32, made his first appearance before a Judge Wednesday morning, charged with 14 felony counts of theft by deception and one misdemeanor count.

Barney has been wanted for a couple of months on the theft warrants.

Investigators said he ran the now closed Royal Used Car dealership on Sylvester Road, and Epic Imports on North Slappey.

They said that he sold cars the dealerships did not own and did not give titles to customers.

Barney is being held on $35,000 bond at the Dougherty County jail.
