ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Pets had their chance to tell Santa what they want for Christmas Monday.

The annual Paws-n-Claus event at the Albany mall attracted families and their four-legged friends.

Pets on leashes were allowed to take photos with Santa Claus from 6 to 8 pm.

"They just love Santa Claus," said 3rd grader Addison Connell. "And let's just say, we all love Santa Claus."

Her brother was happy to join in on the fun as well.

"You're excited to see Santa Claus," said Silas Connell. "And then you see how they're excited to see Santa Claus as well."

The last day for your pet to get a photo with Santa is Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm in the J.C. Penney wing at the mall.
