Two Georgia men were indicted this week in two separate murders in Albany from earlier in the year.
Eugene grant from Columbus was indicted for malice and felony murder, aggravated assault, and firearm charges in the murder of 40 year old Tony Carter on March 6.
Prosecutors say Grant shot Carter in the chest in the parking lot of a Sports Bar on East Broad Avenue.
"The allegations are basically, it started off as an argument. And escalated into a shooting, and that resulted in the death of Tony Carter," said Dougherty Co. D.A. Greg Edwards.
Edwin Reaves, Jr. was also indicted by the Dougherty Grand Jury for felony and malice murder and aggravated assault.
Prosecutors say Reaves shot and killed 43-year-old Malik McAllister on July 17, in the 1990 block of West Gordon Avenue.
Both men will face life in prison if convicted.
