ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Before taking a seat at the dinner table, some Albany parishioners at St. Teresa's Catholic Church took the time to reflect on the blessings they've received this year.
More than 60 people took part in a special Thanksgiving Mass on Thursday morning.
Those who attended were reminded about the importance of showing gratitude as well as resisting the urge to complain to others.
Parishioners were encouraged to bring canned goods for Neighbors in Need and the St. Clare's Center which help the less fortunate.
There was also a second mass for Spanish speakers.
