ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Albany Walmart and Sam's Club customers donated more than $100,000 to help young patients at Phoebe Putney Hospital.

The money was donated during the annual 7-week miracle balloon campaign to support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Some of the money will buy special beds for premature infants.

"We have a number of babies here that are between one and two pounds and that bed is absolutely crucial for them and so eventually we would love for every single baby in our NICU," said Phoebe Special Events Coordinator Becca Miller.

The money will also be used for training programs.
