ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Dougherty County Sheriff's Officials say they are seeing more people fight back when they serve warrants.
One deputy is recovering tonight after he was injured during a fight with a wanted suspect yesterday.
Calvin Parks, Junior ran from deputies yesterday afternoon, when they tried to serve an arrest warrant for probation violations.
Corporal Cameron Miles tasered Parks, but he continued to fight deputies.
Miles suffered abrasions during the fight.
Sheriff's officials say they're seeing more non-compliance from suspects.

Dougherty County Sheriff's Office Captain Ken Faust said "Normally most people were compliant.  Now a days they are more questioning why.  Not as combative, but more disagreeing."

Both Corporal Miles and Parks were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Parks is now in the Dougherty County jail.
Miles is recovering at home.
