Healthy Snack: Peanut Butter and Apple Wrap

Ingredients:

Whole-wheat tortilla
Peanut butter, sunflower seed butter, or other nut butter/spread
Granola cereal
Apple, sliced

Steps:

  1. Wash your hands with warm water and soap; wash for at least 20 seconds and don't forget in between your fingers.
  2. Gather all the ingredients: apple, peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter), whole-wheat tortilla, granola. Remove any stickers and rinse the apple under cold water.
  3. Slice apple. If you're using a sharp knife, ask for a grown up's permission.
  4. Spread the peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter) down the middle of the whole wheat tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle granola on top of peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter).
  6. Place sliced apples on top of the granola.
  7. Fold over edges of tortilla and roll up like a burrito; you can use peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter) to seal the end of the wrap.
