ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany cyber security firm is telling shoppers to watch out for cyber scams and credit card theft this holiday season.

NEOs officials recommend you only use credit cards with the security chip, make sure your signature is on the back and track all purchases.

Online shoppers should create a secure password, ensure websites are secure and watch out for e-greeting cards that could contain a virus.

"Ensure that when you're clicking with care. We want to make sure that a hacker doesn't get access to your computer because you click on the wrong thing," said NEOs CEO Robert Collins.

Officials also said hackers are looking to steal your information during the holidays.
