ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The 70th Annual Southwest Georgia Regional Fair will continue through the weekend in Albany.
Exchange Club Fair officials said that they have had a good turnout so far this week.
They expect big crowds Friday night and over the weekend.
They said there isn't a dull moment at the fairgrounds, and there are plenty of activities for people of all ages.
"We've got us some shows, we've got two stages. We've got shows going on, entertainment going on all the time, even hypnotists out there," said Larry Griffin, president of the Exchange Club Fair of Southwest Georgia.
Drought conditions have prompted fair officials to take extra precautions this year at the fair.
They have equipment in place to prevent and put out fires.
