One investigator said he has never arrested defendant Jawaski Kennedy, but said that he knows Kennedy is associated with the Westside Rattlers.

Kennedy faces 26 counts of murder, aggravated assault and street gang terrorism.

Prosecutors said that he and other Westside Rattlers opened fire on the homes of Southside Bloods on Willard Avenue in 2013, killing William Davis Junior and Desmond Williams.

The trial will continue next week and WALB will continue to follow the story.
