Voters will be deciding on Amendment 4 on Election Day, it is the Georgia Uses of Revenue from Taxes on Fireworks Amendment.

By voting yes to this measure, Georgia voters will allow the sales taxes from fireworks purchases to be available for trauma care, fire protection services and public safety.

South Georgia emergency officials said that the money generated from this is greatly needed.

"Anything we can get to help our job is greatly appreciated at the end of the day. Equipment wears out and we budget to handle that, but anything coming in is absolutely wonderful," said EMS Director Greg Rowe.

There are three other constitutional amendments that will be on the ballot.
