ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

A group of Albany teenagers put on haunted house for a good cause.

15-year-old Jackson Tennyson and his friends are keeping a family tradition going by building a haunted house in their backyard in the Doublegate neighborhood.

For the past 8 years, they've collected donations from visitors for a local charity.

This year, the money is going to the Alzheimer's Outreach Center.

"My nana had that and she suffered for it for awhile and so we're going to be giving it to them," said Tennyson.

All the materials for the haunted house were donated by the Shiver Lumber Company.
