SYLVESTER, GA (WALB) - The owners of a Sylvester bar are free tonight after being arrested over the weekend.
Police started investigating This and That Lounge on Main street early last month.
Warrants issued Friday accuse Leo Williams and Mike Woodard with selling alcohol without a license.
In Worth County, only restaurants are allowed to serve liquor.
"We want to make sure that all of our businesses are doing what they are supposed to, especially the ones that serve alcoholic beverages," said Police Chief, Kenneth Washington.
Cocaine and marijuana were also found in the bar, but no one is facing drug charges.
Williams and Woodard turned themselves in to police and are now out on bail.
