ALBANY, GA (WALB) - One group of children have been building a haunted house for the last eight years and giving all the proceeds to charity.
The haunted house on Doublegate Drive has become a neighborhood favorite.
Started by his dad, Jackson Tennyson and a group of friends have carried on the tradition.
The house saw over 1,200 visitors in one night the previous year.
The haunted house is free to the public Monday night, but they do ask for donations.
All money raised goes to a person suffering from Alzheimer's and their family.
"All the proceeds are going to go to that family and the person that needs help. We find a different person to give the proceeds to," said Tennyson.
The boys had been working on it for the past four days.
The haunted house is located at 2614 Doublegate Drive.
The Halloween fun starts at sundown on Monday and will end before midnight.
