Students in Thomas County are finding creative ways to say no to drugs.     

Red Ribbon week started Monday.

Students dressed up in their favorite team gear to "Team up against drugs"

Teachers and administrators said it's important to start teaching students to say no at a young age.

"It is very important to start at a young age, and to stress the importance of saying no to drugs. Its an impressionable age with 1st and 2nd graders here at garrison pilcher," said Sharonda Wilson, Principal.

Students will be wearing bright colors on Tuesday as part of "Too Bright" for Drugs day.
