ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Dougherty County Police have arrested two men as they investigate the death of a woman found in a pickup truck outside a convenience store Wednesday night.

Larry Sparks is charged with disorderly house, and Jeffery Walker is charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Officers arrested the men when they raided a home in the 100 block of Almond Drive where they believe Leslie Peeler, 27, was before her death.

Police said more charges are pending against the men as the death investigation continues.

The coroner and investigators believe Peeler’s death was drug related, but the toxicology tests continue to determine her exact cause of death.
